mailcow combines proven components such as Postfix, Dovecot and Rspamd into a complete mail system with a convenient web interface.
- Webmail with calendar and contacts (SOGo)
- ActiveSync, CalDAV and CardDAV for smartphones
- Spam filtering with Rspamd, virus scanning with ClamAV
- Two-factor sign-in for users and admins

Frequently asked questions
Can we keep using Outlook?
Outlook, Thunderbird and other mail clients connect via IMAP and SMTP. Smartphones additionally sync calendars and contacts via ActiveSync.
Will our emails end up in spam?
Not if it is set up properly. We configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC and reverse DNS so your mail arrives reliably.
