How we deliver it
Implementation, migration, operation – from a single source.
- Setup – sized to fit, hardened and documented.
- Migration – We take over your backup jobs and run old and new solutions side by side until restores have been tested.
- Operation – updates, backups and monitoring, long term if you wish.
On your premises or with us
We install everything on your own hardware or run it for you in German data centers, for example at Hetzner – including a GDPR data processing agreement.
Frequently asked questions
How quickly can we work again after an outage?
We agree on that up front: how much data loss is acceptable at most and how long a system may be down. The backup design follows from that.
Does this protect against ransomware?
An off-site copy and backups that cannot be deleted from the client significantly reduce the risk. There is no absolute security – tested restores are what matters.
